XtasyXperience (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to
protecting the personal information of everyone who visits xtasyxperience.it.com
(the “Site”) or places an order with us. This policy explains what we
collect, why, and what rights you have over it.
This Site ships within Canada and this policy is written to align with the
federal *Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act*
(PIPEDA).
1. Information We Collect
**Information you give us directly**, when you create an account, place an
order, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us: name, shipping and
billing address, email address, phone number, and order details (what you
purchased, in what quantity, at what price).
**Payment information.** We do not collect or store your full credit card
details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment
processor. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how they handle your card
data. We retain only a record that a transaction occurred, its amount, and
the last four digits of the card used, as provided to us by Stripe for
order-matching purposes.
**Information collected automatically**, when you browse the Site:
IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, via
standard WordPress/WooCommerce logging and cookies (see Section 5).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
– process, fulfill, and ship your orders;
– communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping updates,
customer service);
– send you marketing emails or promotions, but only if you’ve opted in —
you can unsubscribe at any time;
– improve the Site and our product offering; and
– comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Who We Share Information With
– **Stripe** (payment processing) receives your payment details directly;
we never see your full card number.
– **Sexy Living**, our fulfillment partner, receives the shipping name,
address, and order contents necessary to pack and ship your order
directly to you. They do not receive your payment information.
– **Our hosting provider** (Pressidium) stores Site data, including order
records, on secure servers.
– We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to
protect our legal rights.
4. Discretion
We understand the sensitive nature of our products. Your name and the
nature of your order are never shared with anyone beyond what’s strictly
necessary to process and ship it (see Section 3). Packages ship in plain,

5. Cookies
We use cookies for:
– **Essential site function** — keeping items in your cart, remembering
you’re logged in.
– **Age verification** — a cookie that remembers you’ve confirmed you are
18 or older, so you’re not asked again on every visit.
– **Analytics** — understanding how visitors use the Site so we can
improve it.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site
(including checkout) may not function correctly without them.
6. Data Retention
We retain order and account information for as long as necessary to
fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and as required by
Canadian tax and business record-keeping law (generally a minimum of six
years for financial records).
7. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
– know what personal information we hold about you;
– request access to that information;
– request a correction of inaccurate information;
– withdraw consent to our collection or use of your information, subject
to legal or contractual restrictions; and
– file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
if you believe we’ve mishandled your information.

8. Age Restriction
This Site and its products are intended for adults 18 years of age or
older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under
18. If we learn we’ve collected information from a minor, we will delete
it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at
the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after
changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
