Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or an out-of-stock item). Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. All prices are listed in CAD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

5. Discretion

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XtasyXperience is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that province, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to a different venue.
